I used to go there as it was nearby from where I lived. The food was good, the atmosphere pleasant. They also had a popular lunch special. Recommended.
We had a take away for 3 people and were very pleased indeed with the food. The flavours were delicious. The Panang Curry with prawns was really nice. The prawns were of a good size and the curry was delightful. We have eaten at the restaurant as well, including with children and have been very pleased with the attention received. The service was excellent.
Had takeaways from here they were so delicious. Staff were really friendly and restaurant seemed to have a nice atmosphere which we noticed as we were seated to wait for our takeaways.
Excellent for both take-away and dine in. Busy, fun atmosphere and the best Pad Thai I have ever had. Thank you, I will continue to be back!
Dined there last night, full to capacity due to shortage of restaurants in Christchurch.It was overwhelmingly noisy, the staff were very helpful and friendly great service however the food was just awful, the worst Thai meal I have ever had and we eat out at Thai restaurants a lot.The meal was small and tasteless. I didn’t complain because friends chose to take us there. Bring back Mannees!
The service was great, the food came out very quickly but the food was disgusting. Two of our party were vegetarian and almost couldn’t eat the food with its very strong fish taste. Everything ordered tasted like fish, even the rice tasted fishy.
Out of rave reviews elsewhere I decided to take the family out.The staff hover over you-the service is superb.The meals are quickly despatched.Endless rice is supplied.The food is outstanding.Highly recommended Thai food which is a real pleasure to eat and enjoy.Prebooking is required to secure a seat.Mike Grant-Thai diner extraordinary
