It is that kind of store you might ignore at the first glance. However after a go for anything in the cabinet, you’d just keep going back and try something different. The three-layer chocolate mousse is no doubt my favorite. And I haven’t found anything disappointing yet.
The pastry chef, Micheal, is FANTASTIC!!!! He pays such careful attention to detail and truly wants to fulfill the desires of the client, while offering his creative input! I know, as he made my unbelievable wedding cake! Not only was it gorgeous, decorated with fresh edible flowers and Mike’s unique touch, but it tasted decadent! It was rich and velvety (chocolate with chocolate butter cream & fondant). So many of my family and friends commented that it was the best cake they had ever had – I thought so, too! We didn’t have ANY left!! He has also made beautiful individual sized desserts for me that always blow me and my guests away! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
