Mr. Rice is twice as nice! Doesn’t use great gobs of oil, and so your meal is lighter and tastier as a result. Slightly different take on your usual Chinese fare, and much appreciated. Prices are AOK, and fast service. The place to park, is just round the corner outside the dairy on Aldwins road. The neighbourhood is a bit dreary, and the place doesn’t win any prizes for looks outside or in – but well worth trying out.
Popped in for the $5 lunch – of which there are 5 options (nice synergy.) This was the fasted fast food I’ve ever been served. If speed of delivery is your only concern – these are the chaps. However, lightening speed doesn’t always win the race. I had pepper beef on a steamed rice. It’s served in one of the half containers. It was pleasant enough – the only ingredients being beef (40%) and onion (60%.) The pepper sauce was mild. It’s was a 5 buck bet – came in with a ‘place’ finish.
