As an Asian, I personally wouldn’t eat here. Overpriced and pretty basic food. Portion is big but that’s the only perk from eating there. I would not recommend unless you just want easy/fast takeaway.
I wouldn’t even rate this a 1 if it was possible. I took the food back after 5 minutes of sitting down because i couldn’t eat it it was old, cold, flavourless and stale. The lady standing behind the counter told me that 1. They could microwave it so it was hotter (giving a chance of food poisoning because chicken). 2. They refreshed The food half an hour before we got there (which I highly doubt because I worked in a Chinese restaurant and I know what fresh food tastes like) and 3. They made the food flavourless on purpose and then offered me salt and some free chilli sauce. 4. We were returning it because we didn’t like Chinese food.. Which isn’t correct because we have no issue with hungry wok at the Palms. The food was horrendous, the service didn’t exist and we were appalled when we had to throw away $13 worth of food and not be compensated in any way, shape or form. All we asked for was a refund and she refused that. Won’t ever eat there again and they should be embarrassed to serve such bad food.

She basically called me a liar to my face, I am a decent honest person and this was a treat for us to eat out so I was absolutely disgusted in her behaviour and will never eat or suggest eating there food again.
good food, great service, staff and atmosphere, checked in here before and would recommend to anyone that wants a takeaway or dine in meal 🙂
YUM. Food is great!! Totally recommend to anyone! Food was great and hot and very tasty! Reasonably priced. I only get the chicken meals or vegetarian ones and let me say they are devine! Best I’ve tasted in awhile
