Went to get a coffee this afternoon after a busy Sunday afternoon. Ordered my snack and coffee together. While the girl who was at the cash counter sounded fresh to the job and looked nervous, she handed over my snack to me while I waited for coffee. The other girl at the shop seemed busy brewing coffees. Few minutes passed and no sign of my coffee. Suddenly I realised this cafe barista was actually busy in her phone giggling and sharing something with her colleague while keeping her eyes glued on her phone. It was high time and I questioned about my coffee. The barista got annoyed and started making vague excuses while displaying an intention of making my coffee. The last thing I could bear was when she mocked while repeating my phrase in a mocking fashion. I then decided to cancel my order and demanded my money back. She was as bitter as she was earlier and almost threw the money in my hand. Very unprofessional and disrespectful attitude to customer. Would never go back to this place again.
