Staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our breakfasts were delicious, they catered nicely for my vegan meal upon request and my partner loved his ‘big breakfast’ on the menu.
Purple Weka is now what we call our local. We’re always greeted so politely and the food is always so good. My partner is absolutely obsessed with the mince on toast and I must say whoever makes their gf slices that they have from time to time are excellent bakers. The coffee comes out hot and if I ever call in for a takeaway I always get three shots in my large which is such a bonus, as most only do two.
We’ve been visiting Purple Weka for years. One of my fav haunts. Hubby recommends the lambs fry. Special treats include the choc caramel slice and the muffins. It’s a great place for the family – the fluffy’s, and hot chocolates go down a treat. Any day of the week, Check out Purple Weka – the team are fantastic.
Come here regularly and love it. Very friendly staff and their savoury mince is a top favourite. For something as a quick snack I go for their toasted cheese and corn rolls and their slices are huge. Their coffees are just right and with the daily paper to read it’s a lovely start to the day.
Had lunch there yesterday – great food, fast service, clean, coffee was excellent.
