Great service, great food , great wine – we tried the 6 course degustation and were not disappointed. Will go back again in a heartbeat. Really high standard all round

Went to the bistro tonight after purchasing a deal voucher, and had an amazing night out! We had inadvertently booked in the dining room, not the bistro, but the staff immediately sorted out the mistake, with a friendly manner and never letting us feel like it was a problem. The mains menu is deceptively simply, with a choice of different proteins served with potato gratin and coleslaw and a choice of sauces. My partner chose beef rib eye, which he described as extremely tender. I chose groper (the fish of the day), which was also perfectly cooked. We had wanted to sample desert, but unfortunately didn’t have room. We felt as if we had food cooked to fine dining standard, but in a lovely relaxed atmosphere, and at incredibly reasonable prices! Will definitely return- soon.

Excellent evening. Drink at the bar, the bar man was slightly know it all, but forgivable. Restaurant was excellent, perhaps prefer St Germain atmosphere a little more with its entry sequence & decor/ feel but definitely no complaints . Food was supreme , 4 of us did the 5 course which was a very good move as we got some utterly scrumptious little soup & fresh bread & frozen citrus drinky. the starter and main were both superb & everyone was impressed, I really enjoyed the flavours & textures (pork Turrene & lamb main). I had the choc mousse desert- just very good, sorbet brilliant. I suspect it’s hard to do a brilliant mousse, it’s a mousse. Very pleased they bought the bill to our table, oh, New Zealand, when will this be normal? We will definitely return, highly recommended

Went in for a Pasta Cooking class at their Cooking School- They advertise this as a school but it is really only a cooking demonstration – For $50 you dont get to make pasta – you also dont get to eat any pasta – save yourself money and just watch Youtube for free – you will probably also learn more by doing this

We ate here for my partner’s birthday. It was awesome, the service, the decor, the food, and the atmosphere. We each had the $70 5 course menu. This included a taster, entree, cleanser, main and dessert. I have a dairy intolerance, and they catered for this with no trouble at all, even whipping up a dairy free mousse for dessert. What a wonderful experience, highly recommended
