Not very good service. Food is good but not exceptional. Some of some of their noodle dishes lack meat. Would still go there but not my first option.
Food is good, but service needs to be improved. I was mistaken for an uber driver, when it fact they should have clarified beforehand. Also, I paid for three items after waiting 20 minutes I was told one of the item was out of stock.
use to go here quite regularly and were known as regulars, only went for the food because the staff have always had very poor customer service but the last time we went with some friends the staff were exceptionally terrible as our drinks and entree came well after our main meal and had to remind them of it before actually receiving it as well as our friends main meal came 40 minutes after we had our mains arrive. the drinks were wrong and when taken up to ask for the right one the waiter tried to argue it was our fault even though he wasnt the same waiter who took our order so i dont see how it was our fault. normally we’d put up with the bad staff for the food but this was a little over the line for my liking
Delicious! I love coming here for Kung Pao chicken and the spicy eggplant dish. It’s always open late, has great milk teas and has a really cool karaoke section. It might not look great from the outside but the food is really good and pretty cheap!
I go there for bubble milk teas and the fact you can order with a bell and not look awkward looking for a waiter. Open pretty late which is good for the almost midnight snack.
Felt like a nice hot soup on a cold winters night in chch while travelling for work. Saw this place Choka with Asian origin customers. That’s my cue to finding a look Asian cuisine restaurant in a new town. I had the dumplings and laksa with yuan yung bubble tea. Thoroughly enjoy the laksa with bbq pork and shrimps. The pork was sweet and soft and juicy. The shrimps were fresh and didn’t have the bad stale fish taste either. The laksa was wonderful in flavour. Hot enough to make you sweat but still edible. The dumplings where beautiful and juicy. Big portion sizes. Fast service. Nice place.
Never again. The food was terrible. The service could be better. So disappointed. I ordered schezuan chicken and beef fried rice and both were disgusting. How can you go wrong with fried rice? Goodness.
