It was a nice place to grab a drink wouldn’t exactly stay there very long as it got overly popular during the afternoon, a little disappointed on the cleanliness as we sat down and the table was sticky and looked as if hadn’t seen a cloth in a long time, overall Starbucks is a place to just get coffee or other beverages not a hangout zone as you would expect
Customer service wasn’t good. The lady on the till was slow at taking my order and had to tell me to wait a few times to take my order. She also got my sandwich wrong. And the place was just okay.
1st time there. I wouldn’t go back. The cheese twist was lovely but the Americano was the worst I had tasted in a long time and I have had better in the local cafe and $2 cheaper. The floor was dirty at 10.30 in the morning and the whole place looked tired.
Food here is slightly below average but I really come here for the Mocha Java Chip Frap.Busy atmosphere and nice staff, this is not a place i would sit and enjoy my drink though, Its usually a little too cramped or a little too loud for my liking. Overall, for takeaway I rate highly on quality of the drink.. no matter how many times you spell my name wrong.
It was busier today than most the other mall coffee shops with a queue of about 10 when we arrived. Our trip to the counter was slow, and there was then another longish wait before our order was ready. I tend to place Starbucks in the consistency (you know what you’re getting) and convenience (it arrives quickly) end of the quality spectrum (as opposed to decent coffee and interesting food.) Even with it being busy with pre Xmas shoppers, they need to up their game in the later regard.
For me as someone who loves going to cafes, I rarely shop at Starbucks which is one of the worlds overrated cafes. However, I really enjoyed going to the Starbucks at Westfield mall and the girls who served me were really lovely. I bought the extremely tall (Venti) Hot Chocolate and it was lovely how one of the girls making the hot chocolate added extras to it such as cream. I don’t think there are many cafes out there that would add cream to your hot chocolate. The raspberry brownie was also delicious. Its great to see extremely big cup to have a hot drink in as I am someone who loves my coffee, chai latte, and hot chocolate. I think it is also worth the price as well.
Ordered tiramisu frappucino. Lots of seatings available. Bubbly staffs. However the the queues hardly stop (i was there on sunday) and people need a place to seat but the tables werent clean frequent enough by the staffs (mugs etc on the table) – a family had to squeezed themselves to my table
