About the noodles its origin from Malaysia and Singapore the locally called "Char Kuey Teow" (literally stir-fried flat rice noodles), this is a very popular noodles dish and considered a national favourite in Singapore and Malaysia. Adam's hometown version is mixed wheat noodles and flat rice noodles. It gives you different texture than the classic one.Details

This is an awesome food when you are homesick, the taste and chilli is very authentic Malaysian style fried noodles. It would taste even better if they include the Chinese sausages in.
