Yum. Tasty food, good portions. Quick and fresh. Visiting Christchurch and wanted a good dinner before a movie, never heard of this place before but def recommend!
We have had Cashbah numerous times now after a recommendation. We absolutely love it. The staff are friendly, food is fresh and tasty and restaurant is very clean. We always get takeaway and love that they use Food Taxi too. Keep up the good work!!
Quick friendly service and beautiful slouvaki pita with good choice of salads. ..very busy place but all the staff kept up with the customers and very clean premises
Quick and reasonably priced. The tagines for $12.90 are a full sized meal, and you can delude yourself into thinking they are moderately healthy with all the vegetables. Definitely one of our favourites.
I had a two souvlaki order – one grilled chicken and one Morrocan lamb. A very loose wrap makes for some mighty messy eating! The salad is piled high and the sauces laid on that. Good amount of protein filling but not a big flavour hit (the chicken especially.) Fair value at just under $12 each. Not in the same league as Simos thou. Closer to ‘worthy’ than they are to ‘wonderful’.
How to even describe the perfection that is their hot salads. I had their chicken salad with rice and chickpea salad and every single mouthful was just exploding with layers of flavor. It wasn’t spicy (even the wimpiest of people could handle that) it was just deeply flavored. I saw someone leave with a souvlaki, so will be trying that next time (it looked amazing!). Can’t wait to go back.
