I swear this has got to be the worst KFC in Christchurch. Every second time I go there they will forgot something in my order. Today they didn’t put my Gravy in. Other days it might be forgetting my chips or forgetting that I changed the burger in one way or another. Their customer service is terrible, nearly any time you go there it will be a 10-20 minute wait for the food. Please sort your shit out.

Ordered 2 x Colonel lunches. Swapped chips for potatoe / coleslaw. Got home found all stuffed in 1 box with no coleslaw. Paid the extra to swap sides too! Rang store to complain. They just don’t bother answering the phone. Live too far away to go back. Moral of story. Check your order.
