I believe this is now a food truck/stall based in Cathedral Square. At any rate, they had a stall at the recent South Island Wine & Food Festival where I sampled the chicken and chips. The chicken was delicious, perfectly cooked, tender and non-greasy. The chips (shoestring fries) needed salt, but it was probably an add-your-own situation and I missed it. Served in cardboard carton with light-weight wooden knife and fork. Much healthier option than many other chicken and chips offerings elsewhere. Would happily visit again.
