Planned to hit a few places and this was the place where I turned 29. The music was good, good ambience but one of the bartender was a jerk. Who spoilt the whole swing of things. I asked him for 3 shots of tequila, which he served but did not get me the lemon and salt. I was waiting for sometime while he was serving others and asked him if I could have the salt. He just acted weird and literally threw the lemon on table top signaling he is serving someone. This was the worst customer service one could experience. My argument was overheard by a manager who was much courteous and pretty much apologized for the bartenders behavior. He also reimbursed the drinks which we did not get served properly. Although an organization tries to achieve best customer satisfaction it is huddled by such bad hires.
