Worst experience of my life!! We were told that the waiting time would be 15 minutes, which ended being 45 mins before seated. We ordered straight away, yet the table next to us who were seated about 20 mins after us, got their food before us. In this time I had to go pay for another hours parking because we were 10 mins over our hour already. I returned and still no food. We asked a male staff how much longer and he just turned around and walked off, we asked another woman staff who said she’ll find out and never came back to us. Now 90 mins since we walked in the doors and no food on the table yet, we decided to leave.I walked up to the woman behind the till (who later said she was the owner when I asked to speak to a manager) and asked her if she can tell me why the people who were seated 20 mins after us, who ordered similar food to us got theirs a very long time before us. Which she didn’t let me finish my question and kept being rude and interrupted me which I did have to talk a bit over her and the noise are very loud in there and you can’t even hear the music or each other talk. She then accused me of yelling and to leave her shop. I was NOT yelling at any point, I just had to keep talking so she can actually hear what I’m asking and saying, as to by that point I wanted a refund. She then threatened me to leave her shop or she will call the police. I said I want my GrabOne voucher money back. She replied that I need to sort that with GrabOne and demanded that we need to leave her shop now. She was very unprofessional, rude and not helpful, all I wanted was for her to understand our frustration and what stress this has caused us, being late for another appointment. All I got was 90 mins of nothing, accused, treated like crap and threatened with the police.
