I had visited here a few times and the last time I did, I swore to myself never again. I placed my order which came to $26 and asked the lady at the counter if I could do a split payment and pay $20 cash and $6 on eftpos. She said that was fine, I received my order and went home. After checking my bank balance, I noticed the lady at Wassup had charged the full amount of $26 on my card so I had ended up paying $46 for the fish n chips. I returned to the fish n chip shop to get my $20 in cash back and the lady was extremely rude to me. She completely ignored me after I explained to her the ‘mistake’ and she continued to serve other customers. She pretended she could not speak English and when the man who also works there came over to see what was happening, she shoo’d him away. I told them I was not leaving until I received my $20 back. The man came over again and reluctantly gave my $20 back. I believe the lady charged the full amount on my card after taking my $20 on purpose.
