We stopped at Woodend on the way north out of Christchurch. A local recommended this cafe and we were very glad we called in. The food was delicious, the staff/owners we very welcoming and the premises were spotless. Will definately return.
We love this little cafe. It had a great outdoor area for children. The service is fast and staff so friendly. Food has always been amazing, both cabinet food and off the menu. We keep going back!

I can thoroughly recommend this cafe for its hospitality, ambience and excellent food which is all made on site and is delicious. Particularly good are their dumplings with salad but really everything they offer is fresh and inviting.

This is our new regular for breakfast. Great selection on the menu. Food and service always great, best scrambled eggs and the Kale with the big breakfast is amazing. Cafe very tastefully decorated, beautiful coffee and great staff
