One of the best Resturant for Mediterranean food in the East side of Christchurch. Excellent service very friendly staff. I went there with couple of my mates it costs us $30 for all three of us. Highly recommended for the Mediterranean food lovers.
Great food, however I do not recommend becoming a regular. The service decreases as they get to know you. The loyalty card isn’t really a good deal unless you only purchase small portions. You will be asked to top up the difference in cash for your free one regardless of your usual order. Again the food is really good. The lamb is the best.
The food is very good and tasty with nice service. We are always coming the Taste house. The lamb and beef are very tasty with soft bit. The chicken is lovely cooked on the grill.
Great clean takeaway kebab shop. Chips are delicious. Their sauce is great cooked fresh and very tasty. A bit hard to find on Ferry Rd just down from noodle union.
I was disappointed with my souvlaki. It had hardly any salad and the chicken was far to sweet tasting, making it sickly to eat after a few bites. I won’t be returning to buy again.
Dined on take-away here last night. We ordered by phone & ordered a large chicken souvlaki, & a large chicken souvlaki combo. A great size, tasted great!, and awesome value for money. It was too much for me to finish, (combo) but the can was awesome suggestion as it finished the meal perfectly. Would pay to be there at store before souvlaki finished and ready to takeaway as it didn’t stay warm for long. Taste & hunger made up for this last night, but bread was cold to touch by time home (3 1/2 mins by car) Could probably do with warming/grilling for a bit longer for warming through and crunch. Overall, fantastic value & taste and worth visiting if limited to area etc. Will definitely be visiting again
So lucky to have such a great place in Woolston, we love going there it’s great value for money, friendly staff and clean and tidy premises. They have really tasty food too, would definitely recommend to others!
