We had a delicious Roast Pork meal. The plates were laden with lovely well cooked food. The staff were friendly and helpful. We thought we would squeeze in a shared Sundae but were offered two small ones. All up the meals and drinks were reasonably priced, the place is clean, and we left very satisfied. We will be back again.
One of my pet hates is restaurants trying to be something they are not. Well, you won’t get that at the Brick House. Very low key, comfortable setting. Wide range on the menu of good home style food. Don’t go expecting Logan Brown type food combinations, expect hearty meals at a commensurate price. Workmate and I ordered the scotch fillet and a beer each (sadly, no garlic bread is available). Had barely touched my beer when the meal turned up. Wow, so much food. Steaks were good size and cooked perfectly to order. Salad was an old school salad with a dressing like your Mum used to make, which I thought was great as its not often a meal takes you back. Barely managed to finish the meal and thus realised why they don’t do garlic bread. You’d never fit it all in. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Seems like a great family restaurant without being cheap and nasty like say Denny’s or Breakers. I will be back.
