The service is a little above average, they’re friendly. I’ve dined when it is quite full on a Sunday afternoon. We haven’t had to wait long for meals or drinks. The only issue would be that our meals were slightly under-seasoned, however in some ways this is good in that customers can season to their likely.The desserts are quite disappointing and so is their coffee.
My son and I ate at Essence Cafe on a recommendation.Our waitress was friendly and polite. I had the pork belly which was delicious. My son had the steak and commented on how lovely that was. We didn’t have to wait too long between the courses and had an enjoyable eating experience. Thank you Essence!
