Speculatively stopped here for lunch when passing through Kawakawa. Nice cafe. We had eggs Benedict with mushroom and an omelette. Both nicely presented and flavoursome. Great smoothie and coffee. Very friendly staff. All good.

My wife and I stopped here as we were doing the Twin Coast Cycle trail. Coffee and they make a home made custard tart that is sensational after a few hours of riding enjoying the trail

Great food, Friendly staff. Good outside seating to watch the Vintage train go by. facing north so is very sunny.
