Shocking would never go back. Very limited wine selection and not great quality – they didn’t even offer their wines but they call themselves a winery. Service was shocking so rushed. Food was disgusting and that was from 5 of us. Plates were slopped in front of us and no quality presentation. So disappointed as the view is good.

Okurukuru Winery offers an amazing venue with exquisite views. I have dined here a few times and each has been a pleasurable experience. I defiantly recommend dining before the sun sets 😉
After a lot of planning and organising I managed to get a night out with my husband and away from the kids. We decided on Okurukuru for a special night out and they did not disappoint! The food was delicious, the views were stunning, the service was friendly, efficient and helped make our night perfect! We will definitely be back again 🙂
Came here for Mother’s Day lunch with the family and the food was delicious! the view was amazing and we really enjoyed our time there apart from the waitress we had. She was very rude, no manners at all, no smile on her face and just looked like the last thing she wanted to be doing was taking our order. Also when she brought out a bottle of water for us she never gave us glasses so we had to ask her for some and after 20 minutes she finally brung some out to us with no apology, infact she didn’t say one word. Unsure of her name but she was a blonde girl who looked about 20. The other waitress who was a Maori lady was lovely though!
We went to the Okurukuru cafe this week, we were served the most YUM food, and great service, let alone the views!!! Its well worth the travel to get their, recommend to anyone wanting nice food, as well as GREAT scenery views!!!!!!!Cant wait to go back!! A+++!
We had an amazing dinner at Okurukuru cant fault this restaurant at all the service was impeccable the food amazing and the staff were friendly and welcoming. What a change Danger you have done an awesome job.
