Dined here last night and well worth the visit. The food, service and ambiance makes it a cut above others. So glad that we chose here for dinner its was the highlight of our stay in Blenheim. Hope we find something as good in Nelson.
they used to have consistency issues with food and service but the last few times we’ve been over the last year show that both these have improved vastly. Excellent options,well cooked and presented with pretty good service added makes for a pleasant evening.An improvement would be table clothes; wooden table with water makes and a bit of peeling varnish not a good look for this type of establishment.Oh, and turbitt can’t be a ‘locally line caught fish’ can it???but small points in the scheme and will return

The atmosphere was perfect. The variety of wines offered ensure the perfect match for your dish.Beware – the quality of a dining experience at this restaurant is reflected in the price of the meals. Whilst perfect for a special occasion, you’ll be needing to sign up for a second mortgage if you wish to dine here often.
Ate here a while ago. Ordered the pork and it was beautiful. The staff came across a bit pretensious though. Will be back!
i had the best meal at hotel d’urville, i cant have gluten or dairy and when i booked in advance i told them this. usually i will turn up and will be given 1 or 2 options, but i had numerous. the wait staff were fantastic and understanding. my partners meal was amazing too, and it wasn’t as expensive as we thought it would be (bonus) all in all, i cant say enough how beautiful the food was and I’ve continued to recommend to others!
