Came here the other night for desert and they said yes but we close at ten, so 15 mins for cake is good. The lady who served us kept saying get it take away but we said we could eat here and be quick. They kept repeating that at 10 they close, clearly where not happy with our presence. Then we pay and sit and 2 mins later the cake comes in takeaway containers, I said to the lady who served us it was supposed to be have here and she acted like she didn’t no anything about it although she was one of the ladys who kept saying we close at ten. We took and left and it was the worst cheesecake I have ever eaten, bland, rock solid base and expensive. My 12 year old sister makes better cheesecakes so god no’s what the chefs are doing? I really do hope it was a mistake and it got resolved before any one else got served it.
Waited 2 hours for food and was presented with this pulled pork sandwich that was unrecognisable and utterly tasteless. Staff were no help at all and had to harass them for our food while being told that it was on our way. Numerous chances here but will not be returning.
