Very disappointed. I am a barter card member and so is this establishment. I went online to source a restaurant that I could use my barter card with. I ordered by phone and when I arrived to collect our meal I was informed they did not take Barter Card. Why are they on the Barter Card list if they don’t take this currency. The staff member insisted I had to pay cash or could not have our meal. False and misleading information doesn’t sit well with me.
We have been getting food from Chai-Yo for several years and have always found the food to be of excellent quality, quantity & really good value for money. the staff are all lovely & we have nothing but good things to say about them & the food & service. You won’t be disappointed!

We just bought a voucher from grab experience to try the new Asian food for the value of $30. We were really disappointed with the takeaway portion we got, only half full of the container she showed us. It was not worth for the value $30 plus $3 extra we have to spend extra, not even a bargain for half of this price we paid. The promo did not attract the customer to come back again. It will be the first and the last visit for us. The other take away restaurants we have been to offer a very generous portion. They overrated the meal and price.
