Fords is amazing. My family and I go there all the time. The staff are extremely lovely and the chefs incredible. There is always something yummy on the menu and they make sure there are vegan and gluten free option as well.
Had a wonderful meal here. The menu is great, a combination of interesting food combinations to tantalize the tastebuds.We had the very novel mushroom fries with a blue vein aioli and the black pudding wontons.Followed by the pork with the most amazing pickled slaw. I could have just sat and eaten that all night.I followed my meal with the affogato served with a sweet sherry.The service here was so lovely. Discreet yet very attentive and I love how they don’t serve drinks with straws. Awesome to see a buisness be proactive in an environmentally way! Way to go! If I’m ever in Nelson again, Fords will be my go to restaurant.
