Enjoyed eating here. Garlic prawns and garlic bread was amazeballs. And the ribs and maverick steak was yummo as well. Service was good just they forgot to bring our table water but it was a busy night so all was forgiven.
We waited over an hour for our meals and had to repeatedly ask the waitresses for water before one them actually went and got us a jug. My friends meal looked like itd been slopped on the plate. Food was okay. Nothing special for $30+ and $19 entrees
The service was good, almost always is at Lone Stars. Food tasty plentiful and familiar. Ambiance very nice, if a little quiet. Mid winter, mid week, Nelson is never going to be a rave. Overall as good as if expect it to be. A perfect experience for the money spent.
