Such great gelato. The flavours are really different and interesting and work well together. Between my husband and I, we had the orange cheesecake, tiramasu, apple strudel cake and watermelon mint with chilli flakes (we ended up having 2 scoops each as they they looked so good). The watermelon mint and chilli flakes was particularly tasty. The chili combination worked well to offset the sweetness. We’ll definitely be back!
One of the best gelato I ever had. The gelato is light yet very flavourful, which is different comparing to most of the gelato shops. Ordered the 5 scoops of gelato, boysenberry, chocolate, coffee, hazelnut, and caramel. All of them taste good, but my favourite is the hazelnut. After we finished the gelato, the owner gave us one free new flavour gelato called German apple tart, and it tasted good as well. Love the gelato and the owner really nice and friendly as well, this place is definitely recommended.

World famous in Nelson for it’s home made award winning ice cream, this place is a favourite for Nelsonians and visitors alike. The selection is outstanding and the service (and owner) is the same.Can be a wee bit pricey if you have lots of kids in tow but I don’t mean that as a criticism.If you’re a first timer to sunny Nelson and you want a rest from the heat and have a craving for ice cream, look for this place instead of having a ghastly ice cream from BK or McD’s. You’ll be glad that you did.
