  Why does this place always serve lukewarm coffee, hot chocolate whatever they make it is only ever warm. Last time I complained and the girls just said make sure you ask for it to be extra hot when you order it next time. Oh so it is normal to not have hot coffee. My coffee today was dumped in front of me with no love or care there was no creamer and the girl could see I was looking at it as if to say is that truly the best you can do. she quickly stomped off as she didn’t want to deal with my bad coffee……and honestly Zumo I don’t want to deal with any more bad coffees either so this was my 3rd cold coffee and it will definitely be my last cos I am not coming back. As for you dried cakes and muffins that you can’t even be bothered to warm up you can stick them too, they are so dry you need about 3 cold coffees to wash them down.

  Instantly became my new caffeine place to be. Their flat white using colombian beans was prepared the way I imagined it. Hot, aromatic, and light flavor. On the side, ordered their Creamy Chicken pie which was another winning dish. The ambiance was a two thumbs up. Not your predictable coffee bar look. Definitely has character written all over the place. Great place to relax on a chilly day.

  I will never return to Zumo. A couple of months ago I was left waiting for 20min and found out that they had lost my order and had to wait a further 15min while they made my coffees. To compensate however, they offered me a free coffee card to use the next time I was there. I didn’t return until today but did so because I realised that my coffee card had a freebie owing and I also had a free coffee card. Thought this would be a good time to shout the work mates. I was told that the coffee card would not be honoured cos they stopped using them in March….even though there is no mention of an expiry anywhere on the card. Then the owner/manager came out and asked where I got the free coffee card. I explained why and when I was given it and he basically implied that I was a liar, saying that those cards hadn’t been issued for over a year. I looked at him blankly, astonished that he would be prepared to lose a customer (including my work colleagues) over a couple of coffees. But he was quite adamant that he would not honour the cards and so I walked out.Really bad customer service!!! Nelson is too small to treat customers like crap.

  Great choice of fresh coffee. Parking outside. Quick and very professional service. Relaxed atmosphere. Very good.
