Great location, epic on a sunny summery afternoon. Prices are good, people – all good, parking lot around behind the complex. I would say the food was good but not great, but you couldn’t expect too much for decent kiwi tucka. Very nice.
I did not like the fish and chips much here I’ve eaten better , the fish and batter was stale and not upto it’s name . the chips was also not fresh ! Not recommended !
Was recommended to go here after a weekend away to Nelson. Would have to be the best fish and chips I have ever had! Totally generous portions, and the freshest best snapper, which was a massive portion. Great service! Am heading back in a couple of weeks time, and can’t wait to go back. I tell everybody who is going to Nelson about this shop! It is a must do!!Lorraine
well I have had Fish and Chips there and I thought they were great! It was pretty busy and we waited awhile but it was worth it. Lovely location and busy busy staff. Keep up the hard work!
Today is their birthday, so we decided to give a try. We ordered 2x Bluecods and chips and found out they were the best and freshest fish you have ever taste and chips were very nice and in good portion. So we will come back even we have to pay full price. Now we find best fish and chips in Nelson. Keep the good work guys!! We will be back.
Fantastic chips have too be the best in the region by far they deserve a golden medal why cant any of the other places get this most important part right?Goddam chips these guys do it right thank god i say they have such the cleanest premises and passion for what they do and it truly reflects in the food utter most respect to you guys i love your work …..my one complaint would be that your food is too good its addictive i cant drive by without coming inn i have to drive the other way or i,d be there every day cheers the sands fish and chip shop your so yummy.XAsh
