Specialized in fine crust wood-fired pizza baked in a traditional cob oven. Craft beers, wines, organic & fair-trade coffee, real fruit smoothies & more. Unique earth building off the grid constructed using locally sourced timber and earth from the site. All electric power is generated on site thanks to a micro-hydro (hydro water turbine) and solar panels.
