We are not vegetarians but trying to cut down on meat so gave it a try. Had the $6 NZ meal, enjoyed it and was a good size portion. My wife had a bean salad for $4.5 and enjoyed having been a bit sceptical.
We really enjoyed our meal at this restaurant. The food was tasty and very good value. If we could have we would have visited more than once for dinner. As noted the service could be better.
We had somosas and several of the mixed bean salad offerings for lunch. All were flavored just right to our taste and were full of high fiber and protein. Service was prompt and friendly. Not elegant, but for the price we consider it 5 stars.
