I loved this restaurant, so I popped over from Nelson for lunch (after their winter break period). Turned up to find out that they had decided not to re-open. Such a shame.
Church Lane is a lovely surprise. Hidden behind another building is the wonderful, fragrant courtyard that houses the restaurant. The atmosphere is relaxing and its easy to sit and enjoy the garden while waiting for your food.
Fabulous option in Motueka.2nd visit – changed menu but still excellent range of tasty choices.Thoroughly recommend for lunch.Try Prawns to share but DONT share. ?Try Neudorf rosé.
Have eaten here a few times and always found the service excellent and the food very nice and it has a lovely garden to sit in.
Had an excellent lunch in a delightful garden setting behind a church in the main street. Service was helpful the food was very good. A very pleasant experience would go back.
