We had coffee and some snacks here. Lovely place and staff. Outdoor seating is just perfect for brekkie and coffee. I love the little stall on the street and the baristas special cup stand (very cool) and the idea of selling yesterday’s bakes for cheap.
A lovely find. We wanted something to tide us over till lunchtime as we had been on the road early and we pulled into Takaka at just before 9am. There was a lot of interesting places to choose from but this little gem tucked down a pathway beckoned and I’m glad it did. No coffee as we were too early but the tea selection was vast and invigorating. Instead of the almond croissant we chose the hazelnut version, and most mouth-watering it was indeed. Warm friendly service, and a delight of edible and non-edible wares to browse.
