My husband and I absolutely love the food we have had from this bakery but the only thing that lets it down is the great amount of food that is uncovered. We only buy food that has been covered. Why have you not invested in such a simple thing as food covers? Is it not a food safety requirement? We went into the bakery on Sunday 10th and the lady behind the counter was madly swating the great amount of flies away which was very off putting. Shame on you bakery owners, do you not care about the health of your customers.
