I used to love this place, came here regularly. Recently I went back and the service is poor now. The food isn’t the same quality and its definitely time the place got revamped a little! Wonder if its possibly new owners..
Terrible cafe. Bathrooms are dirty. Floor on the cafe is sticky. Food was average. My partners salad was served with a complimentary dead fly. Would not recommend.
Chicken & prawn salad was nice. Turkish omelette was good though quite big. Ladies toilets need a good scrub. Hubby said men’s toilets were good. Cuppa tea was nice.
$6.90 for a slice that did’nt even look or taste better than your average bakery one. I still can’t see how cafe’s can charge that much and justify it. $11-12 for coffee and cake, really??? smh.
I’m not sure why all the reviews are mostly negative!? The service I received from our waiter was probably the most genuine I’ve had in a very long time. She was very down to earth and relatable. The food wasn’t amazing but it was still very enjoyable.
The service was friendly the food was really good, would recommend the eggs bene, we went there twice since we were so happy the first time. The staff were super friendly which was nice for these Aucklanders
This is simply not worth a visit, I ordered a flat white but I can’t quite describe what I actually got. Service was reasonably disorganized and the place has no soul.
