Great food, awesome service. Would recommend to anyone out for dinner in Cambridge. We had the pizza’s and grazing boards. Delicious. Super busy for a Monday.
One of our favourites here is the pizza maialina, so good we don’t even bother ordering anything else. I was craving for pasta one day and tried their crayfish prawn and pancetta agnolotti pasta and it was just divine.
The food itself was tasty and although the prices are on the high side they were not unreasonable. What was disappointing was how cold the room was. I did tell the waitress but it took 20mins for someone to turn the heat-pump on. We were at the far end and away from the fire and were unable to be moved as all those tables were booked. The menus cheapen the place a bit – plain and a bit tatty A4 paper on clipboards. It wouldn’t cost much to print new menus for each customer. $0.20c from a meal that cost $60.00I’d go back but not in a hurry.
I have never been so disappointed, the worst meal I have had in a very long time. I left feeling ripped of and hungry. The pasta was soggie bland mush and the venison tasted like cat meat, the risotto tasted like plain gluggie rice. I will never be back . The three dishes members in our group ordered were all flavourless. My group rarely leaves food behind but we all had food on our plates. If I could give a 0 star I would . The only positive was the service, which was great.
We went for a birthday dinner here not knowing what to expect and we were welcomed very warmly. We were shown to a table but, just wanted a nice quiet dinner so asked if we could have a table in a more private area which, was no problem at all.Lovely authentic Italian food which was just beautiful and well presented, a bit pricey but, well worth it.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and look forward to going back again.
