Absolutely outstanding fine dining restaurant in Hamilton. I had a gorgeous eye fillet that was cooked perfectly. The chocolate jus and the blue cheese pudding really lifted the steak to the next level. If I must fault it, it would be perhaps a touch over seasoned, but far from being unpleasantly so. The Jerusalem artichoke creme brûlée on the other hand, was simply divine. Smooth like a jar of $200 face creme that promises youth, the thyme scented merengues and candied figs were perfect compliments. The shaving of truffle lifted that dish to impossible heights. Easily the best desert I have had all year. On top of that, the service was excellent, with wonderful ambience. I will definitely be returning!
