We have had the most disgusting appalling service tonight from the Claudelands branch. Hard to believe we are living in N.Z. Put in an order at 8.24 pm and it’s now 10.30 pm and it still hasn’t arrived. After enquiring why it hadn’t arrived we were told it was delivered to someone else!! Now we are worried who has paid for it as we have ordered there before and they have our credit card details. After phoning numerous times and getting staff who hardly spoke English and kept hanging up on us, we wonder what the ‘F’ is going on in this country? Unbelievable service, like a 3rd world country, absolutely furious.
