  Dinner 20/10/2012After walking almost the length of the drag from the casino to the museum, we ended up back at Vue.Basically the steak meal price was unbeatable ! ($34 elsewhere for almost identical meal or without any veg, egg or sauce)$24 for sirloin with chips, eggs, salad and a sauce.Service at the bar was friendly and nice. Meals were served in about 10 – 15 minutes of ordering and we yum.Only let down = my companion had tomato sauce and salad was dressed and mine wasn’t. Able to watch the band playing and people dancing from the deck which was a little quieter than inside, however, inside was still FAB.Well done, would eat here again.

  good night out at the bowling and then for a meal here. $20 for three course buffet. Soup with a bread roll, was a combination of pumpkin or vegetable soup blended with meat. It was warm. The main meal was a buffet of roast which I think was ham and a selection of pumpkin, potato kumara and peas corn and carrots with gravy. The meat was a bit dry, otherwise a good roast meal. The dessert was a combination bread pudding with raisins and mixed berries. Which was also good but could have been great with a custard or a sauce. The atmosphere was a bar which was showing the rugby. Drinks were cheap as. Well worth the surprise visit. They also have a board menu which also looked standard fair but reasonably priced and some of the dishes which walked past our table looked well presented and good portion sizes. Will visit again
