Slow service. Waited around half an hour in the drive-thru, which was a little busy, just for three icecreams. Seemed to be plenty of staff, all looking like they didn’t have a clue what was going on.
Disgusting lunch. My fries were limp and tasteless and had hardly any salt , my coke was flat and lukewarm and it obviously had been forgotten for a couple of hours because all the ice had melted leaving a residue of water in the bottom of my drink . My quarter pounder was missing it’s two pieces of cheese , gherkin and mustard , and it had a truck load full of onions also the burger it’s self was stone cold and all over the place , and box was covered in all muck and dirt and didn’t look very appealing . I will never come back there again .

The fries had seen better days and just looked and tasted sad. Will never go back to this McDonalds, in fact, the experience has kind of put us off McDonalds at all for a while at least.
Love the boss burger combo and the BLT bagel hunger buster the flat white coffee is good to if you are in a rush looking for a quick bite stop in open 24/7
I understand that it’s mc Donald’s, it’s fast food and you know the food will always be the same insaying that, you will want to stand out from other McDonald’s through customer service – great customer service, unfortunately on a number of times we have left this mc Donald’s with a sour taste due to the poor customer service. Do the staff know how to do something as simple as smile? we go to the self service machines to avoid the bad customer service. The drive through service isn’t that great either, you get cut off while you’re ordering, I’ve had to ask the person on the other side of the speaker to please wait and stop cutting me off, upon paying; instead of presenting the eftpos machine to me they took my card and pay waved it without my consent. It’s like they’re more focused on cutting the line down and getting rid of customers than actually doing their job properly.
I visited this McDonalds after hearing about the Create Your Taste and wanted to find out what this new witch craft was about. You basically construct your burgers using the touch screen. It was a great experience but I think it is a tad gimmicky and probably something i’d only do once as it was a little pricey.
