Ordered the Satay Beef as well as a couple of other dishes to take away. When I unpacked the food boxes there was no satay beef, instead there was what looked like a beef and black bean. I phoned the restaurant to tell them of the error and they informed me that it was satay beef and that their version was not the peanut kind. I’ve never heard of a satay that did not contain nuts. I’m certain that it was not a satay beef that we were given but they didn’t not want to admit their error.

Absolutely love the experiences had over the past 5 years with my family. Sizzling steak in either oyster or garlic sauce, container of rice, Chinese vegetables with the option of normal vegetables, prawn dumplings, pan fried pork dumplings, sesame balls, And hopefully Micky (I presume the guy with the glasses and a better grasp of the English language) is there because he is a good conversationalist. I will be going here this weekend for my 58th birthday and we are all excited.
Terrible Food and awful service Went there and had Yum Cha last week for my husbands birthday.Coriander dumplings had precooked prawns in them with very little flavour, the pork in rice noodles were gluggy and uneven with most of the filling at one end. The squid was over cooked and chewy.Warning- eat here at your own peril.
i m really honested. this is definitely the worst chinese restaurant ever！ tried the dish when passing Hamilton. How can this cooking survied in the market. I can even do much better. the price is not cheap
A Chinese restaurant that serves pre made dishes on a plate thats been partially warmed in the microwave??? Really? The dish i ordered should’ve been cooked while i waited, after all i was the only customer there, and not to mention that its what you’d expect from any decent restaurant. As a result the flavours were’nt there and it just didn’t have that freshly cooked look, texture or juiciness to it which is prolly why they smothered it in gravy. The food did’nt even match the menu photo!
Always a good night at Master Kong. Byo with great Asian food and great service. Mickey is always good to talk to and never leaves you with out a smile.
