2/5 Taste1/5 Display 1/5 Quantity 1/5 Customer Service Not a very good dessert place in Hamilton.Whenever I walked pass it was empty.After trying a dessert here I found out why. 1. Staff/cashier was cool as he explained the size and everything pretty well, he was a good lad.The guy who made our dessert and served it wasn’t. His hands were dirty, had condensed milk all over it who knows where that’s been – he didn’t have an apron on. 2. Size, they showed me the size for the small one so I ordered the large one which was pretty pricey. The large one was smaller than the small ones in Auckland. The top part was all whipped cream, not even icecream. They literally used 3 strawberries in the “strawberry feast” menu. They were sliced extremely thin it was almost thin enough to give me paper cut.I should hire the guy who sliced these strawberries because they were so thin and my cafe needs kitchen hand. 3. Taste, they gave us condensed milk on side, which was good but why so much whipped cream. Their strawberry drizzle was literally for milkshakes, tasted kinda like cough syrup. I hate writing bad reviews, and whenever I do I usually return to the place to see if they have made any changes.However, I’m only going to go for the milkteas their shaved milk desserts are way over priced.

Enjoyed the mango cheesecake and also tried their cheesecake foam milk tea which we loved. The place was cool and clean and very friendly staff.
Great dessert and friendly staff. Could be on a pricey side but enjoyed all the flavours we had. We tried the Milk Red Bean, Mango Cheesecake, Classic Best and Matcha and they were all refreshingly good. Excellent for summer.
Not bad. Had rock melon milk tea with coconut jelly. More towards the sweet side though i ordered 30% sugar. Pretty alright quality. My friend ordered the mango snow ice which was an absolute delight.
