Visited today with my grandmother for the first time. Excellent food, coffee and service, and the place itself is the jewel of Ham East, if not Hamilton itself. Great vibe and cool relaxed setting. We will be back for more!
Was recommended here by a friend and sadly was disappointed. Menu options looked okay, but Had a cabinet salad of roast vegetables as it was cheaper. Prices are too expensive for quality of food. My two friends ordered the Arnold bowl, which was $22 compared to my $10 cabinet salad, and mine had more on it than theirs. Raw slice we tried was the Black Forest. Large potion for $9 wasn’t bad probably standard – quite tasty too. Would recommend raw treat but the salad menu was a let down. Would like to try breakfast and smoothie bowls next time
Came here for breakfast this am. Cute restaurant, plenty of seating, great variety of food and service was lovely. It was a bit expensive- I paid $12 for 3x poached eggs. The bird bowls are served cold which caught us by surprise but were filling and presented beautifully. Def recommend.
Absolutely love this hidden gem! The food is delicious, fresh and there are many different options to suit all dietary requirements. The staff are lovely and it has a nice ambience. There is plenty of seating, with lovely outdoor options too. Definitely going to be back again!

We came to this cafe for brunch. It was pretty busy. We grabbed a table outside. The cafe has a nice ambience. We ordered Frieda bowl, eggs on toast, berry smoothie and coffee.. while going through the menu, we could see a lot of vegan options, quite a novel menu. The food was decent.. tasted good.. overall had a pleasant experience..
