4/5 Taste4/5 Display 3.5/5 Quantity 4/5 Customer Service Decent Thai Restaurant in Hamilton Rototuna.My love for Thai food has always been huge and where ever I go, I always go for either Chinese food or Thai food. I have tried at least 10 Thai restaurants in New Zealand and this place’s curry will probably be top 3.Massaman curry, or Mussamen or mussaman however the restaurants spell it is one of my favourite and this curry should have a rich thick texture not runny.Thai Aroma did a good job cooking this curry, I am looking forward to trying more of their other menu.
The food are very delicious and staff are nice. One thing confuses me is the price in the menu is higher than the flyer outside. Meanwhile Green curry doesn’t come with rice, and I paid $6 for 2 rice, which I never met this problem in the other Thai restaurants.
New to NZ and this was the first place to buy take away.Ordered the Chef’s Special Golden curry.Huge portion and this was packed in 3 seperate containers with the rice, saucy veggies and crumbed chicken seperate. This way I could control the amount of sauce on my rice – very clever.The flavour was awesome and fragrant.Will be back, very soon!
Excellent food and staff. The food was just delicious. We tried the spring rolls, golden bags, chicken satay, Tamarind Fish, Thai Beef Salad, mango with sticky rice and banana fritters and they were all good. We had a great dining experience.
