I had written to the management some weeks ago relating to a service issue. Unfortunately they have chosen not to respond in any form to my note. This is unfortunate from a local company. Does it show a lack of concern for patrons or does it reflect a sense that this particular regular customer is of no consequence. I don’t know but I am disappointed.

robert harris is my favourite place in cambridge for coffe, the coffee never tastes burnt and is always perfect temperature, some coffee shops make the coffee way to hot and it burns! its ideal to take my daughter as its child friendly and the back seating area has a great atmosphere. my daughter has allergies and there is always something yum and dairy/nut/fish free for her to have. the caramel slice would have to be the best caramel slice ive ever had and the chicken stack is great. i highly recomend for anyone popping through cambridge 🙂
A party of four adults chose this cafe for a birthday lunch, 3 people decided on dishes that required a little amount of cooking, one person chose a quiche which only requireed reheating, no thought was put into the fact that the quiche was served 20 minutes before the other 3 meals, 4 people together usually like to eat together. Coffee was cold, 1 was slopped, and 1 meal supposed to be smoked chicken tasted like fish and was returned. Chairs most uncomfortable, and tables really too small for 4 people. All in all will never go there again ever
Fabulous coffee, best coffee, even better than Wellington’s greatest-just the right temperature,no spill in saucer,lovely blueberry muffins,great rhubarb slice and savouries, heated to the specified temperature. Seating arrangements suit numbers and can have arranged seating for a variety of groups. I am very particular about my coffee and this tops them all in Cambridge.
Been here for coffee a few times.. Ok but the coffee is nearly always warm and service is rather slow.
