I am personally into sweet beer (im a pig) and there were so many options to choose from. Bartender was kind enough to provide samples of some of these and a jug only cost $18. So much better than alot of Auckland Bars I rekon. Looking forward to trying all their beers!

Hello People. This is my first review. I hope you find it useful. I had been dying to come here for a long time so, was quite excited to visit today. First impressions were good. I liked the venue. It was laid out well, good decor and very spacious. The service was ok. Not great (a smile would have been nice), but not terrible as he did check on us twice and was polite. However, we ordered chicken wings in bourbon glaze (they were dry and glaze-less), the chicken burger was $21 and totally tasteless while, the $13 pecan pie was terrible compared to others I’ve had that were cheaper. I always think that we have our good and bad days, maybe today was a bad day for them because I have heard good reviews from friends. Would I go here again? Only if someone else was paying. Thanks for reading, enjoy your future restaurant outings!!!
The food was a real disappointment I mean how hard is it to cook a steak ?? in reality we did not enjoy the meal or the service, the place was grubby and the waitresses were to busy chatting rather than doing there due tasksTotally Disappointment

We came just before their dinner menu was available to order from so we could only choose from their bar food menu, which was completely fine since there was still a good selection to choose from.We ended up going for the Pulled Pork Pizza and Buffalo & Blue Cheese Chicken Wings. The pizza had a good amount meat scattered on it and an abundance of cheese, which I loved. The overall flavours of the pizza balanced well and was enjoyable to eat. The chicken wings were absolutely great and we easily devoured all of them. We appreciated the friendly service and outdoor seating environment. We also picked up their intriguing Rose Cider with Strawberry & Lime Juice but haven’t gotten around to trying it yet.
Apparently these places are gaining a loyal following, and after our first visit, it’s easy to see why. Tasty craft beers and inventive ciders, a personalised handle system, good tasting bar food, and cool merchandise, these guys are onto a good thing. We enjoyed a very nice couple of hours chilling out here with family, and catching up with old friends, and it was the perfect venue to do so. There’s even some low key live music to add to the mix, so all in all, an enjoyable experience all round. 4.5/5.
