I visit this cafe offen and have to say Ive taken a liking to the custard square, flat white is great and a bowl of wedges for two is a bit of a struggle to get though despite my unusually big appetite which is good as I don’t leave hungry. keep it up !!
I came to The Horseman for lunch with a friend and was NOT impressed. I had the corn fritters which were very dry and had obviously been re-heated and my friend had the Nachos, although she said they tasted ok, It looked like a pile of slop in a bowl! For the price we paid for this food, I would have expected far better quality.
These guys do the best food! my favourites are the Brunch sandwich (perfect for a Saturday morning)Chicken and Bacon salad, Custard slice and Lemon drizzle muffins. I’ve taken vistors there for lunch and they’ve all said they do the best toasted sandwiches and chips! Highly recommended!
The cafe is very accessible in my wheelchair. The staff are always friendly and there is a range of soft foods that I can choose from. I am very happy there.
I found this cafe to be very friendly and accommodating.I was happy to find that The Horseman caters for gluten intolerant people such as myself.I had the soup and a roast chicken salad which was made as requested.(I’m a bit fussy) The food was fresh and very satisfying.Going back for seconds!!
