I have mixed reviews for this establishment. On one hand, it’s very convenient when staying in Matarangi, they do Gluten Free pizzas which suit me, are open throughout the year (not just seasonally), are licensed, and provide a (basic) takeaways menu for when I don’t feel up to cooking.But on the other hand the wait for coffee is often very long (even when the cafe is quiet), soy milk coffee.is often burnt, the microwave-heated food is often searingly hot in spots and still chilled in others, buying a coffee in a takeaway cup to then drink onsite costs extra, the food is pricey and really quite average.In a nutshell, a nice wee place to go for a run-of-the-mill coffee and to catch up on local gossip,and to see who is around town, but don’t expect to be wow’d.
