Very good place for Chinese and Fish Chips and Burgers. Excellent service and friendly staff.Would highly recommend to other dinners. Never been disappointed in any thing I’ve had. They are always busy. Selection of noodle dishes are good too.
Best sweet sour pork and combo rice I have ever had in my life!- combo rice has actual strips of steak and nice chicken strips in there too! The batter is perfect– not too thick and is crispy and good amount of pork in the middle!- the sauce is really good (I always ask for extra sauce! Good fish and there cheaper packs are great too. Always a busy place. Haven’t tried the noodle section yet but will do! This is my fav fish and chip shop in Hamilton!
We go to this place every Friday as our weekly treat. The food is awsome and the greasy oil on the deep frieds is minimal. The Burgers are delicious and there is a great selection to choose from. Best Chinese ive tasted also with a great selection.The staff is always friendly and there is always many of them so the wait is also minimal. We usually ring in our order and is always ready by the time we arrive (10 mins) no matter how crowded it is.Thanks for the great service and friendly smiles.

Yet again, the BEST SWEET & SOUR PORK in Hamilton! Combo Rice is THE SHIZZ with real big pieces of meat and the Chow Mein is a really nice flavour. Big Southern Chicken Burger Patties, they put prices up slightly for some things but theres always a good cheap pack going 🙂 My fav Takeaways for 5years I’ve been here.
Sing Dar is the bees knees! We’ve been going here since I was a young kid and they always made us feel welcome and knew our family. I live on the other side of Hamilton but will still come over to Melville and go to Sing Dar if I have a hankering for good fish and chips.
Yummy sweet and sour pork, prawn noodles was a bit burnt but was still nice. Will recommend this to everyone. Fish and chips are yummy too, customer service is very very good.
